Finding a home you can afford and passing the application process is difficult in the best of times. It is often the biggest mountain an ex-prisoner has to climb to get home. Opening Doors provides assistance in obtaining suitable housing to qualified individuals after release.

Household Items

Opening Doors maintains a supply of donated household items such as cookware, towels, dinner plates and furniture. Items are also supplemented by other organizations in the community.

Money and Financial Management Classes

Adjusting to the outside world economy can be overwhelming and is often key to coming home successfully. Our basic money class is offered based on demand and can be taken individually via the web. The class covers spending plans and goal setting. Success Money Group is offered to all graduates of the basic Money Class.
